Join us once a month for a nurturing Mommy & Me Sound Bath, a calming experience designed for mothers and their little ones. This gathering welcomes babies from newborns through 12 months and beyond, creating a peaceful space to bond, reconnect, and embrace moments of rest together.
Allow yourself to slow down and reset your nervous system while enjoying the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments. Babies are encouraged to relax in whatever way feels natural — whether that means cuddling, nursing, sleeping, exploring, or simply taking in the peaceful energy of the room.
Beyond relaxation, this is an opportunity to connect with other mothers, share experiences, and build community in a supportive environment.
