Join us once a month for a nurturing Mommy & Me Sound Bath. A calming experience created for mothers and their little ones to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy meaningful moments of rest together.
Welcoming babies from newborns through 12 months, this peaceful gathering offers a gentle space to bond with your baby while experiencing the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments.
Babies are welcome to relax in whatever way feels natural, whether that means cuddling, nursing, sleeping, exploring, or simply taking in the peaceful energy of the room. Beyond relaxation, our Mommy & Me Sound Bath is an opportunity to connect with other mothers, share experiences, and build community in a supportive and nurturing environment.
