Happy Spring! I hope this season is treating you gently.
As many of you know, I’m a doula who supports families during pregnancy and postpartum—but lately, I’ve been feeling called to extend that care beyond the typical “fourth trimester.”
So many moms have shared how isolating it can feel once the early postpartum phase ends. We shift, we grow, and sometimes we outgrow old versions of ourselves—and that can feel lonely. That’s why I’m creating intentional spaces for you to connect, build friendships, and still engage your baby or toddler in a supportive, welcoming environment.
Let’s gather, share laughs, and support one another in this beautiful season of motherhood.
