Movement, Mindfulness & Support for Your Journey Pregnancy is a transformative journey — and you don’t have to walk it alone. This group prenatal yoga class offers a nurturing space to care for your body, balance your emotions, and connect with a community of other expectant parents. Each class combines gentle, supportive movement with grounding breathwork, meditation, and mindful self-inquiry. You’ll build strength and stability while easing common discomforts, preparing your body for birth, and softening into the changes happening within and around you. More than just movement, this class is a form of self-care — a weekly ritual to slow down, listen inward, and be held. Through practices that support emotional regulation, nervous system balance, and inner resilience, you’ll gain powerful tools for both labor and everyday life. You’ll also connect with others walking a similar path — sharing space, stories, and support in a way that reminds you: you are not alone. Whether you’re in your first or third trimester, come as you are. This class meets you with compassion, strength, and softness. Move your body. Calm your mind.
