If you’re pregnant and have HealthFirst Medicaid Managed Care, you may be eligible for free doula support—and I’d be honored to walk alongside you on this journey. As your doula, I provide emotional, physical, and informational support during pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum. My goal is to make sure you feel informed, empowered, and supported every step of the way—because you deserve nothing less.

If you qualify, your plan covers:

 

✨ Four (4) Prenatal Sessions

Learn about labor stages, birth planning, pain management, comfort techniques, and more. Explore your rights and options in the hospital or birth center. Build your confidence and voice as you prepare for birth

 

✨ Labor & Delivery Support Day

I will be on-call around your due date to support you during active labor (depending on your birth location and timing)

 

✨ Four (4) Postpartum Sessions

Gentle, nonjudgmental support for recovery, feeding, rest, and newborn care. Emotional check-ins, resource referrals, and space to share your birth story. Help with adjusting to your new rhythm as a parent

To begin your doula care: Please complete form below with your name and due date.

In 24-48 hours I will email you a brief intake form and after you submission and qualification review we’ll schedule your first prenatal session.
